We are seeking a qualified Intensive Care Physician (ICU Specialist) to provide specialized care for critically ill patients. The ideal candidate will manage complex medical conditions, perform life - saving interventions, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients in the ICU.
Perform advanced life-support procedures, including intubation, mechanical ventilation management, and hemodynamic monitoring.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with multi -system organ failure or critical illnesses.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and allied health professionals to provide comprehensive critical care.
Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and clinical outcomes.
Maintain ICU protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.

Requirements:
Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent).
Specialization / Board Certification in Critical Care Medicine or Intensive Care.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ICU or critical care practice.
Strong clinical, procedural, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
