Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Spine Surgeon to diagnose and surgically treat disorders of the spine. The
ideal candidate will manage patients with spinal injuries, deformities, degenerative conditions, and
tumors, providing both operative and non-operative care while collaborating with multidisciplinary
teams.
Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat spine-related conditions such as Herniated Disc, Spinal Stenosis, Scoliosis, and Spinal Tumors.
Perform spinal surgeries including decompression, fusion, and minimally invasive procedures.
Conduct preoperative evaluations and develop individualized surgical treatment plans.
Monitor patients pre- and post-operatively, ensuring proper recovery and rehabilitation.
Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, physiotherapists, and other
specialists to provide comprehensive spine care.
Educate patients and families about spine health, preventive care, and post-surgery rehabilitation.
Maintain accurate medical records and follow hospital protocols, safety, and infection
control standards.
Additional Information
Requirements:
Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent).
Specialization / Board Certification in Spine Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, or Neurosurgery with spine fellowship.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in spine surgery practice.
Strong surgical, clinical, and patient communication skills.
